Francisco Cruz is The Allied King, a prestigious role in an indigenous Zapoteca dance hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico called The Dance of the Feathers. As an anthropologist, he has an intimate knowledge and understanding of the Mexico many people don’t know about. He is from Zaachila and a descendant of the Ben’Zaa, also known as The Cloud People.
