Synopsis: "Red Dawn" is a 1989 film, directed by Jorge Fons, about the events that took place in Mexico City on October 2nd, 1968, when a group of protesting students were murdered in Tlatelolco, as part of a political oppression. This film won 9 Ariel Awards, presented by the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences.
