Synopsis: In 1988, Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet, due to international pressure, is forced to call a plebiscite on his presidency. The country will vote YES or NO to Pinochet extending his rule for another eight years. Opposition leaders for the NO persuade a brash young advertising executive, Rene Saavedra (Gael García Bernal), to spearhead their campaign. Against all odds, with scant resources and under scrutiny by the despot's minions, Saavedra and his team devise an audacious plan to win the election and set Chile free.

Synopsis: Mario (Alfredo Castro from TONY MANERO) is an unassuming state employee who transcribes notes during autopsies. Furtive and lonely, he becomes obsessed with his neighbor, the dancehall girl Nancy (Antonia Zegers), who is involved with a group of left-wing activists. With the coup, and the death of President Salvador Allende, Nancy's friends are hunted down, and Mario's hospital becomes clogged with the bodies of dissenters. Soon the violence filters into Mario's psyche, and he begins to break down, much like his country.

Synopsis: Progressive Dutch couple Martin and Margo had only one dream: to live off the land, far from the constraints and complications of the city. But when they arrive in the crumbling Spanish village of Santoalla, the foreigners challenge the traditions of the town's sole remaining family, igniting a decade-long conflict that culminates in Martin's mysterious disappearance. Synopsis: GÜEROS is the latest film from Ariel Award-winning director Alonso Ruizpalacios. Sombra and Santos are two Mexico City slackers whose drifting is interrupted by the arrival of Tomas, Sombra's little brother. Tomas convinces the two older boys to find an ailing folk singer in the city, and the group sets out on a darkly comic journey that leads them to places none of them ever expected.
