During the student-led anti-government demonstrations, which involved erecting improvised burning barricades, or “guarimbas,” throughout the streets of Caracas, in January 2014, Alejandra, a young opposition rioter, flees from the National Guard and goes to Fabrizio’s home. He is a young man who supports the Government of Venezuela and with whom she had a failed relationship due to the same political differences. Their fiery debates and passions will be ignited again.
