Alejandro, a cashier working the night shift at a small supermarket, is an obsessive-compulsive young man whose existence is dominated by the tedious routine of the everyday life. Meeting Andrea, a new employee at the grocery store, will give him the opportunity to find meaning in life. AMANECERES OXIDADOS recently had a successful world premiere at the Colima Film Festival.

About the director
Diego Cohen Sasbon was born in 1984 in Mexico. He studied law at ITAM before entering the Arte7 film school. AMANACERES OXIDADOS is his opera prima, and he is currently in post-production for a feature-length documentary LANÚS OESTE, as well as the narrative features PERDIDOS and LUNA DE MIEL.
