A key figure in Argentine modern architecture, Amancio Williams was renowned and admired around the world for his famous Bridge House. This documentary depicts Williams’ life, work, and emblematic projects: his innovative ideas, recognition by Le Corbusier, his input on the iconic Curutchet House, his passion for recuperating green space, and also, why most of his projects were never completed. AMANCIO WILLIAMS was part of the 2013 Official Selection at the Architecture Film Festival in Santiago de Chile and recently sold out theaters at BAFICI.

About the director
Gerardo Panero was born in 1980 in the city of Chivilcoy (Buenos Aires), Argentina and graduated from ENERC with a degree in Media Arts. As a director and producer, he has made award-winning documentaries that have played to audiences internationally. Since 2010, he teaches at the University of Buenos Aires.
