Hugo has terminal cancer and needs easy money. For that reason, he wants to sell his house to Paco, an old friend who had an affair with his wife thirty years ago. Paco wants to buy the house, but he doesn’t have a penny. Therefore he suggests committing a robbery. Through constant lies, ruminations on life, and a porn-actor sidekick, Hugo and Paco lead the audience on a hilarious caper.

About the director

Luis Ayhllón is one of the most accomplished playwrights from Mexico, having won numerous awards. He has premiered 15 plays in Mexico and Latin America. His film work includes the script for the feature film CAJA NEGRA, which screened at the Festival Internacional de Cine Guadalajara 2009. He also worked on the script and production of the short film INSTRUCCIONES PARA ACABAR CON LA NEUROSIS, which was presented in the Short Film Corner of Cannes. LA EXTINCIÓN DE LOS DINOSAURIOS is his first feature film.
