Celebrating 25 years of Latinx and Indigenous films, Cine Las Americas presented the 25th Cine Las Americas International Film Festival. The festival showcased new releases, narratives, documentaries, music videos, “Emergencia” youth films, and a special Hecho en Tejas (Made in Texas) series. Over 25 countries were represented and awards were given in both juried and audience favorite categories. The in-person festival continued over 5 days with red carpets and special events, providing valuable exposure for filmmakers and opportunities for the audience to experience great showcases of films.
Pick up is available an hour before the first AFS Cinema showtime of the day, and available through the festival, June 11th, at this venue only. You have priority access up until 10 minutes before any screening and then at which time it becomes first come first serve.
