Jesus “Chuy” Aceves is a Mexican man with the extremely rare condition that causes an excess of hair on the face and body. Chuy struggles to get by working as a carpenter in his village, then travels around England performing with The Circus of Horrors. This allows Chuy to make more money, but he grows tired of exhibiting himself, and his time away is causing problems with his wife. Chuy returns to his home state of Zacatecas and visits twelve of his relatives who also suffer from congenital hypertrichosis. Never before in the history of the human race has there been a family with so many cases of this condition, and CHUY, THE WOLF MAN is the only filmic portrait of them in existence.
