Sigo acá

Chile, Documentary, 2017
15 min, Color
Spanish with English subtitles

Johnny (56) and Julia (87) are a son and mother who only have each other. Submerged in their own time, Johnny, deals with a mental disability that is no obstacle to caring for and singing to his mother, who suffers the loss of her memory. Julia, in her confusion, looks for Johnny whenever he is absent because she knows he is all she has. SIGO ACÁ explores the unconditional relationship of a mother and son, a relationship that keeps them together physically and mentally, and transcends the effects of time.
