Alberto Vasquez is the star of the spy TV show "Chaos Man." Shortly after losing his job on the show, his father dies and leaves Alberto his bar - The Golden Que - located in the small, south Texas town of Elsa. Alberto returns to Elsa with the intention of selling the bar, but along the way, rediscovers his hometown.
